I shopped Redmi note 5 pro for Rs.14000/- on Shop9x.com by paying through Phonepe. Initially i didnt get any sms or email after payment but received later when i asked through their chatbox. When i didnt get any tracking Id etc i tried contacting them but no response also their site is not working anymore. Also checked online that few people have been duped. Please help if possible.
