I am Kareem from Kerala, ordered Redmi Note 5 Pro on 27.07.2018 and paid Rs. 13999 through PhonePe. My order # is 1808115. For the first few days I was able to connect with them through their customer care toll free number 180030028225 and they told me my product has been shipped, but I didn’t get any tracking number as they told it has been shipped with a local courier. Still my product is not delivered to me and I am not able to contact them in any mode. Please help me to get either my product or the money refund. Thanks
