On 3rd August 2018, I have ordered Asus zenphone max m1 pro 64 GB and 4 GB ram of rs. 11999 from shop 9x.com. After completing payment process when I did not receive any confirmation message from them I called their customer service who eventually sent me the confirmation message with order ID #1810067. After 2 to 3 days when I checked the status of my order, I found that neither their website nor their customer support number is working. Thus in this era of such advanced technology and an effective cyber cell, no one can steal anyone’s money earned by such a hard work. Even when this fraud website accepts through trustworthy mediums such as phone pe and Bhim upi. So I request you to take strict action against them who consider law as their puppet and are such a huge threat to this nation.
