I have booked redminote 5pro, and made payment through UPI, Due to defect of companies software payment was made three times because of showing incomplete payment, Paytm made payment thrice for the product , Then company assured me to return two payments back to me and deliver my phone till 3 October, but still neither my money is refunded nor phone delivered , and now they have blocked all contacts and their portal too they have cheated me an ammount of RS 41997.
