My name is Shyamlal. I’ve made an order for 3 products, each priced rs 50 through my shopclues app. Rs 150/- was deducted from my bank account, but I got confirmation message for only 2 orders. I’ve received those two products, but as for the third one, its not even listed in my orders listings.
I called their customer executive and told him about this. He simply checked their database and told me, I’ve only made order for 2 products. In spite of calling them twice and explaining the scenario, they seems to be in no mood to help. I even told the the reference id that my bank gave me, but were still reluctant to help.
The products I’ve ordered was part of a Re.1 sale offer. I highly suspect that entire offer was rigged so that they could steal the money of their customers thinking the customer might not respond since its only Rs.50/- they are missing.
