On 10th May, a call came to my mobile and said that I was a lucky winner to get samsung galaxy j7 prime mobile phone at Rs 3499/-, also booked order and on 16th May, 2017 when I received the persale then I was shocked, there was no mobile phone, only a god picture and a metalic thing was present. I also called customer care number and they said to me that It will be changed within 72 hours but no persale come, I want to know that in which time I get my original phone or Money?
