Sir,
i purchased a combo of 6999 from their promotional call and they assured that i will recieve a dell laptop as a promotional gift
and charged another 6999 as guarantee money which will be refunded when the product will be delivered . it is going to be one month from purchase , they havent dispatched the product .
when i said that please refund my money they said that i have to make additional payment of 6999 to get my refund.i said that this is fraud and i will take legal action then they said do whatever you want.
