I got a call from shineshoppers shopping team, they told me if u buy any product min amt. Rs. 899 from our shopping site then you definitely win one of prize i. e. laptop, iPhone or led TV. after I purchased one combi kurti amt Rs. 899 paid through my paytm wallet, they called me & confirm that I am win Dell laptop Price Rs. 90,000, for that they forced me to pay Rs. 9730 for GST Amt. I paid Rs. 9730 through my paytm wallet dt. 31st October 2018. from very next day one
of their executive called me and said I am calling from first flight courier ‘your parcel is ready but you have to pay Rs. 13,786 for insurance purpose. I have very much of doubt,I know they cheated me., i said I am cancelling my order, refund my money. after that I called shine shoppers execute & told him refund my money, I am cancelled the order, but they didn’t have any satisfying answer, after that many times I trying to call him but most of times they don’t pick up my
phone call.
What should I do sir.. please help me sir.
