A of sixteen sr citizens plan to visit Gujrat for Dwarka , Nageshwer ,and Somnath temple etc ect for which we contracted Travell Agent SHINE INDIA TRIP Dwarka mode. The package tour includes hotels and transport only.
He booked our tickets for onwards and inward at full rates instead of availing sr citizens concessions available to them across the @40&50% for men and women respectively. Now he asked for Rs 800/- per tickets as concellatiion charges.
We paid him the entire amount of package well in advance.
He threatened the group of not allowing check-in and stop our vehicle while we are in Gurrat. He does not paid hotel and transport charges for which hotels not allowed us check-in.
The group has undergone mental tension & humiliation during outstation
