Charging money

They told that my cv was shortlisted by tech Mahendra and I need to pay 3000 and they would refund me for the company and they once I got selected they asked me to pay 5000 say document verification once that is done they asked me to pay 10000 again for processing the documents. However I got frustrated and started shouting on them that they dint Inform me before that and I asked my money back. They started saying I will not get My money neither job. I seriously doubt that there is no job vacancies they are just surviving by cheating people.i think there should be an action taken on them and shut their stupid useless company.
