i hereby I ordered a Gucci lace up driver shoe on 23rd November 2015. Since it was COD so I have to pay the amount before checking the product. But the product I received was not what I ordered so I couriered back to them. Now they are denying to refund my money nor are they sending me the shoe. Please help what should I do..
