Not received the item and giving fake information when asked about the item after paying it with debit card
My name is Ratheesh PG, I had purchased the printable cushion with order id 145031957 using debit card as I have been given all fake information from their side..after nearly calling their customer service for past 7 days for the order I had made on January 30th. They gave a Fake AWB number was given by one of the customer service agent after contacting 10 or 15 times with different agents.When i said . I want my money refunded and my order cancelled. they again fool me around saying the money cant be refunded and they are pure frauds giving all fake information.Please do something to get my money refunded back to my account. The on-line shopping company www.sendmygift.com just fooled me and is not refunding me the money .I contacted them a lot and they lie a lot.I want my money refunded Sir.Please help to get a solution to this and kindly take strict action against www.sendmygift.com.
