I place an order, and because of some personal reason i cancled the order, The services and the support on chat and call make customer trouble allots. They just assured to the customer without knowing the actual information, even I would like to add the name of Mr. Abdul(Floor Supervisor), Prathik(Customer Support), Mounika(Chat Support)…etc. are the few names whom I interacted in last 15 days, and everyone just assured you for the services but later on you will not get any respond.
I would suggest everyone not to use this website for any kind of order, and also request to the founder Mr. Sachin to first look into your team and the kind of services they are providing to customer. Thats making very bad images on the customer face, and stop doing such things.
