My order No. is 145066136 and i placed the order on 14th Feb for delivery on 16th feb 2016 i.e., today however the gift has not been delivered yet…The number provided on site is not connecting…highly disappointing……payment made via paytm…how will we able to make payments from such applications…paytm is loosing the authenticity…would never suggest anyone to order from this site….just cheating the customers…i want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

The same thing happened with me. I had ordered a gift for my husband which was supposed to be delivered on the 14th. I have been trying to reach them through mail and phone. Very disappointing as i have already paid for it.
I lodged a complaint for my order no. 145066136 that was supposed to be delivered on 16th Feb 2016 however on 17th feb 2016 the order for cake was delivered and again on 25th feb 2016 another cake has been delivered. Send my Gift owner should take care of the orders for timely delivery.
