Send My Gift – send my gift is biggest fraud

I had ordered a gift from send my gift on 6/02/2016 which I requested it to get delivered on 14th Feb on a special occasion but till date they haven’t delivered anything and when tried to contact Customer service it’s still awful and first of all they won’t pick the call if in case if they receive also they ‘ll either directly put the call in hold or in mute or disconnected the call as they don’t have any information regarding what’s happening and it’s really a fraud ,,if in case if it won’t get sorted out here then will contact media and take legal action as even then complaint redressal mailing address won’t won’t work
