I had placed order and done payment online and before placing the order i said that i want my order before 12:30pm at mentioned shipping address as i l not be available at that particular address after 12:30 n then i asked your customer service agent to change my shipment addresss as i am not available over there and he refused to do that so i ordered another cake and candles and asked to cancel that particular order and refund my money as soon as possible but i am not getting proper guideance from any customer agent

Can you please tell me what is customer care number for send my gift. The one they gave doesn’t work at all. Just dial says company is closes. They never delivered my order. I am unable to reach them.
