we 25 members cheated with MR.Pavan ( MD of Kalash Technosolutions ) ,he is recruiting people from Backdoor consultants , for 25 to 35 k he will release offer letters for 1.7 to 2.2 but salary will count after 45 days but they will not pay salary’s and there not giving training also , there systems also rental basis . but every month they are changing there systems because they not pay them also..
there are managing some management team 3 to 4 members like ; HR, ITMANAGER , OFFICEBOY, AND MD
They will say They don’t know these Backdoor things . but consulant will charge 50 to 80 k
please friend’s don’t pay them ..
now they got New FACE ( KALASH to securespiderservices ) , this securespiderservices also not an MNC COMPANY…

i don’t know who are you and your company name ,,, but we go some sms with this backdoor openings from our old consultant ( who consulted me for kalash ) ,and those people given same address and we enquired at the same address ” in side employees ” as there word’s we know mr.pavan has taken this company … and our friend registered with one consultant mr.vikram … we know that consultant doing only fake companies.. we have given complaint against these people … we have 13 members team .. we are ready to come there any time …
but we are waiting for some people whose Struggled with this kalash..
we know the key people in klash that 4 people playing games …

hi nani dnt trust greenmindsolutions also its a fraud company the person name is kumar he also cheated his employees he charged money from them and gave job in their consultancy did not pay them salary for two months and suddenly closed his office.
students plz dont believe in this backdoor jobs they are cheating students.i am one of the victim.
