I am Dr.Arun.I had travelled to Goa from vellore on 26.7.14.I had booked the ticket 25 days ago.Just 24 hours before my journey I got a call from bangalore-Anand Rao circle office stating that there will be a change of bus in bangalore.I kindly requested the lady who called me to let me know the timings of the bus change but the lady refused to say and asked me to contact chennai office.I called chennai office and asked balaji to let know what was the change planned but he refused to keep me informed.Finally on 26th evening a single/double axle bus arrived in vellore to pick me up.I was promised for a multiaxle semisleeper and paid for the same.I had booked seat 11 and 12 left but I was forced to sit in number 22 and 23 right.Rain water was seeping inside the bus and a/c was leaking on the other side.There was hell of quarrel in anand rao circle in bangalore.The company had sold the tickets as bulk for second booking.There were many passangers who suffered alot and they were forced to take the last seats.I had a hell of journey with seabird.This company is run by a team of rouges.My ticket number is 1964763.I kindly request the company to refund my money for the amount of distress I went through.
