SDMC – Street dogs

Dear Sir, Greetings of the day ! My Name is Manjit Singh Oberoi, i am a resident of 18/6 Block-18, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi 110018. . Street DOGS have created a big Menace here in this area, u cannot enter the block in the night or early morning, they never leave the block, children in the block are too scared to play ( in there own area ), Barking u can hear all day, biting also one reason for removing them but one of the biggest problem is the dog poop which is found everywhere cause there are 5 to 6 dogs who now stays in the block !
