We had booked a 3 BHK flat in SBP Homes (Ext.-3) with SBP in Feb, 2012. They had undertaken to provide the possession of the Flat in Jun’2013, failing which they undertook to pay the notional interest on FDR rate to us. But after so much vigorous follow up and written notices they offered me the possession in March 2016. (A) They denied to pay any interest compensation for delayed possession. (B)- Their construction quality is so poor that big cracks appeared on walls withing 3-4 months (C)- They charged maintenance chrges for 2 years in advance, but not even basic amenity is provided. (D)- Leave other facilities, stray dogs (about 15-20 nos.) always present in each tower to welcome the residents. (E) Maintenance and Project team is so careless and rude, they don’t even listen the residents complaints (F)- They silently changed the Site layout plan in unauthorized way. The area which was shown as Green belt and School is being used to construct 75 nos. more 1BHK flats. Society is becoming so congusted and no space for parking (G) – These new 1 BHK investers also got cheated as it is illegal and residents have initiated for litigation action against SBP for change in layout plan, this way this illegal construction would halt and people who booked flats got cheated. They would never return the money to them.
In nutshell, never ever book or purchase SBP flat, they are the big cheaters in the tricity, So many court cases are already under process against the builder. So don’t make mistake and don’t put your hard earned money in such investments. They would use this money in their other housing projects and won’t give flats to these investers. This has remined their prime strategy.
SO BEWARE OF SBP HOMES, they cheat humble people who believe on them and become victims of their cheating conspiracy.
