i purchased 3 BHK Flat in feb 2012 in sbp homes ext 3, possession was promised in June 2013. After paying 90% payment before june 2013 still there is no possession till date and they are blaming high court order to stop mining for this one year delay in possession and doesn’t seems to be ready to pay penalty amount on this much delay.
