Fake call from bank

I have received fake call from +91 6209831766. He has asking about my debit card and OTP number also and he wish to withdraw the amount rs. 20000/- from my account. I have denied for get the OTP than he has miss behaviour with me.
What to do ? May i request to you strick action should be taken against the fake call person.
