Hi,
I have seen SariBox advertisement on Facebook.com. We ordered over Skype and ordered for 3 Saries costing 4500/- (Aprox.).

We received the orders on 10/AUG/2018 and paid the full amount on Cash on delivery. Then we found the products are very poor quality and not similar to the product images shown in site. That is fraud. I have lodged return request on their Watsapp number and also emailed them on 11/AUG/2018 for order return and cash back. But they are not replying. Its cheating!!.. They have their website ( https://www.saribox.com/) and they have registered me also. But I am not geting any option to cancel my order from their site also.
So they are knowingly doing these fucking cheating business, have opened a website, dealing clients with watsapp number and selling products and cheating customers in india.
There should definitely be a governing body who should validate these cheating companies and force them to return back the cheated money. i have lost 4500/-.
My question is to whom should i complain now?… why on earth Facebook is showing the Advertisement for these type of Fraud companies. If this company is not a registered company then why facebook is promoting their add?.. and if it is a registered online shopping company why they have return option avaliable where they are mentioned in site that they have return policy.
Please help me if anyone have any way to complaint agaist such Fraud and get my money return.
