saree bad quality

my saree return to saribox coz very bad quality. Colour not same quality very very bad image show silk bt..send..rong quality. Different low quality product sent to me. On top of that the colour was totally different from one i have ordered. I ordered silk item but received some thing else. I would like to return this received wrong item.
