LC161- sky blue embroidered attractive party wear lehenga cholu

I purchased the above mentioned product by Rs.2050. When I opened the parcel I was shocked to find out a very shabby dull looking product which does not have any zaree work, no Latkan as showed, the dupatta is like plain mosquito net with no embroidery and a foul looking dark blue border. Now they are not replacing my product saying I got the exactly same item as shown. The below attached picture is what I received.
