Delivered poor quality saree

Saree was ordered on 3rd october but Saree ordered and delivered were of different quality?, definitely delivered poor quality product.an email was sent and a message was also sent on what’s app.but no body responded. They do claim on Facebook that the refund and it’s easy but it is not as they say. They are big fraud and crook. They are a big cheat taking away public money at no cost to them. There is no way you can catch hold them.read reviews before ordering .it’s not a matter of 1500 rs but they have betrayed.
