Very poor quality saree delivered

I have ordered for a saree on seeing the item in saribox website. When I received the product, I found it completely different from the item shiwn in the website, different color, very low quality. I was promised to have a 7 day return policy, but now none of the contact nos are working. I want to return the saree and get my money back. Photo uploaded. Please help

cloth is very bad
