Very poor poor quality of saree…not responding after delivery

Hi..
I m Mamata from Bangalore
I have purchased saree on COD basis of rs 1549..it delivered on 27th September..my order id SB2409-10042
The saree quality s pathetic..not even matching 10% of what they have mentioned…
Their phone s not reachable and they are not responding to whatsapp messages..even we cant comment on their post on FB..they have changed all settings that costumers cant give reviews on their product .
They are big frauds..
Please do need full action…atleast other people cant get cheated..
