We have paid a token amount of Rs.433000 to Sandstone Infra owned by Mr.Chandrasekhar Reddy towards a land which was yet to get the HMDA approval at Mokilla in July 2013.As per the sale agreement , if the approval wouldn’t come in 6 months, the Builder would refund the amount with interest. But it’s been more than 2 years since the agreement is done and whenever we try contacting the builder he is not available at the office,phone is unreachable and his staff says the approval would come in next 1 month and that’s going on from almost 1.5 years.
