sand infosystem – fraud

I, hitesh rathod residing at c-1513, kaliyabid , bhavnagar (gujarat) do hereby lodge a comaplaint against Mr.Sachin kumar singh , the executive of Sands shopping hub, (noida) Delhi that With reference to your phone call from 01206500410 to my Cell No.9824445773 and discussion with Mr.sachinkumar singh, tthe executive on behalf our company over phone on saturdayi.e on 17.09.2014, he intimated that I have been facilitated an offer of buying a product of HP Laptop with Rs. 9999 by paying the amount through ATM for EMI and I remittede the amount in account amd the said amount of Rs.9999/- through the Credit Card and intimated that the company is blocking the money till verification and then the said amount will be released back to my account and then the EMI facility will be provided by the Banker bymeans of ECS.
On 17.09.2014.by evening the verification call from your company was also completed but yet the amount was not refunded back to me and also intimated the confirmation of the product wil lbe send through mail to me Even till the mail was not received and the amount was not refunded and even today I called to your office land line they attended and intimated that MR.Sachin kumar singh who done the online shopping transaction with me was went for lunch and afterwards no call was lifted.
Hence I request you to refund the amount of Rs,108990/- to my account and MY CREDIT CARD NO is 4050282003319394 and the validy period upto 03/16.
I once again request you to refund the amount of Rs.108990/ or else I will be put to loss and expecting a reply mail from your company .
But till date there is no response from them and hence I request you to lodge a complaint against them and take necessary action againt the company and help us to get the amount refund to me
