Iam Madhavan from JP Nagar 6th phase Bangalore.
I have purchased a Samsung LED TV on October 2013 which cost Rs.40,000 Via EMI I have paid. Since from yesterday i.e (21/12/2015) TV is not Working, I have called up Samsung Technician to check what exactly the defect, Unfortunately he confirmed us saying that LED TV Panel is gone due to which TV Is not Turning On. Now it cost around Rs. 30,000 for panel Replacement From Samsung Company.
People Like me who are from Middle Class taking Product like this vail Easy Monthly Installment ending up without any benefit.
Samsung Company didn’t give Clear Information about TV as well as Warranty period.
I do have Purchase bill and other TV Documents to furnish.
