Fraudulent transit bill and wrong parcel received,no action taken to track and a repetitive excuse of unable to track

I Booked a parcel of about 24x24x15 inches from Pune, Balewadi-411045 whose in charge is Bijesh on 14th April 2017 assured by the pickup agent Bablesh who assured it would be delivered to Bangalore pin code-560043, where I was the sender After 11 days and a complaint they respond to the complaint that it was tracked and delivered the Fake parcel which was not mine and falsely updated that it has been delivered moreover the Transit copy which was given to me was a FAKE document with a completely different format than what booking acknowledgement or customer copy i had got at the time of booking and the transit copy had a FORGERY SIGNATURE of someone else as my signature in the space provided for Signature of Consignor/Sender.
It has been 30 days no sign of my consignment,no progress in tracking,people from the company itself have been involved in a case of fraud and have been directly involved in looting my consignment forcing the corporate office to beg me to go for a claim instead of tracking.
Mr. Abhishek-9312667341 from your corporate office agrees to this forgery and says it is right on the part for anyone to sign on my part on the transit copy which again is a completely different form format .
People in your organization have been directly involved as they cannot trace my consignment,Mr. Prasanna-9341223134 who assured to track my consignment within 24 hours has been avoiding my calls since 3 days.
Both Mr. Bijesh and Bablesh have done something which Mr. Abhishek knows and is protecting them or he has also been involved as all four have failed to go through the CCTV Footage to track my consignment.
It has been 30 days and this is how disappointed safexpress has made me.
