I purchased the Silver Membership Plan of
SabhiPadhoPadhao on 23 May 2026 and paid 4718.81. My profile appears activated and enquiries are visible; however, the core Contact feature is non-functional and I am unable to effectively use the subscribed paid membership service. Pressing the Contact option does not work and no effective access or functionality is provided. I attempted to contact support through calls, WhatsApp and multiple emails but did not receive effective resolution or written clarification. Due to this unresolved issue, the paid membership service remains unusable. I request intervention regarding deficiency in service and appropriate resolution.
