S C Shah & Co – AC not delivered by Shah & Co after 1 week of booking

I booked a Onida 1 ton AC on 3rd April 14 at the exhibition organised by SC Shah & Co at Chennai Trade center, Nandambakkam. I was promised delivery and installation of AC on the same day, that is 6th April 14. Till now the sales rep, Perumal’s mobile is switched off and the show room representatives arenot answering properly on my order and they are not willing to cancel the order and refund the amount. They advertised that an assured gift worth Rs.400/- would given for all AC booked at the Trade center but I didn’t get any such gift and nobody is available to respond to my queries on the order.
Please don’t buy products from this vendor. They also charged Rs.40/- as an entry fee to the exhibition. If I had purchased elsewhere the AC would have been installed in max 2 days.
