There is one guy Ninad(7710051354)….he is total waste there.He will behave gently with you if u r intrested in properties but once you showed least intrest This Ninad will abuse you on Phone.This is what happened with me today.
Runwal is a big fraud.If anybody going to buy flat there just ask them for Documents , they will give you fixed ans that docs cannot be disclosed ,once you pay 30% amount we will show you documents.Nw how can someone pay 30%(around 10 lacs) without any assurance.
Runwal is not trustworthy , no possesion in time, no proper payment slab ALL Chaos.
Runwal never shows their clauses or policies.The reasons is they just WANT MONEY TO ROLL OUT IN REAL ESTATE MARKET.
RUNWAL MY DESIRE WORK IS GONNA START AT FEBRUARY 2015 BUT THEY STARTED BOOKING FLATS THAT TOO WITH INCREASED PRICE.
