RUBICON RO – Complaint against RUBICON RO

Dear Sir/Madam (Mr. Manoj Yadav/Mrs. Renu Yadav)

This is to inform you that we have been using Rubicon RO services along with the Unique + 10 Stage RO since December 2012. The details are as follows.

Name of the customer: D.K. Uchill

Unit Sr. No: ROUO41200312

Product/Model: RO+UV+TDS

The AMC contract was renewed on December 13, 2013 and is a 3 year contract for which the Invoice Cum Receipt Sr. No. is 500194

The machine stopped working suddenly on February 17, 2015 and we lodged a complaint in the customer service on the same day, however no one ever came to check the machine until February 20, 2015. We live in Kamothe (Navi Mumbai/Raigadh) where the drinking water is not suitable for drinking and have been facing a lot of issues with it as the RO machine is not working. Finally a technician (Ashish) came to check the machine on February 20, 2015 and he informed that the adapter was faulty because of which the machine stopped functioning. The technician informed us that he will replace the adapter from the head office and will replace it within 24 hours which should have been ideally done on February 21, 2015.

I am writing to you today is to inform you and to lodge an official complaint with you that its been more than 15 days we lodged a complaint and still there is no proper service and the complaint is still active. The manager responsible for this area is Mr. Neeraj/ Mr. Sanjay and whenever we call them they never receive the call nor ever call back and if at all they receives the call they assure us that the part (adapter) would be replace the same day itself as the part has already been dispatched, however we still have not received any part nor has the technician visited our place since February 20, 2015. Whenever we call on the office number (91-22-26783333) either of the females Ms. Priyanka or Ms.Gunjan, none of them are even bothered and just show a casual reckless attitude by saying some one will get back to you and no one ever bothers to even call and inform the status.

We have been renewing the yearly service contract regularly since the time we have bought the machine. Whenever the contract expires people from your company keep calling again and again and irritating us for renewing the contract, however once the contract is renewed no one is bothered to solve the issue. Forget about solving the issue, we don’t even receive timely servicing. We have to call you guys for servicing in spite of we already paid for the annual service. No one even bother to come for servicing even when we call them repeatedly.

This is really frustrating and pathetic service by RUBICON RO. If the same continues I will soon have to file and official complaint against the company in the consumer forum.

We are highly dis satisfied with such kind of casual attitude and pathetic services.

Kindly have a check and get this issue resolved at the earliest.
