In Dec 2005, I had purchased a flat 302 in T-6 at SAVANA greater faridabad from RPS builders having off at Jasola distt centre New Deihi, Ph 011-40543200 and email info[at]rpsgroupindia.com.
But builder gave me posession after 8 yrs in Jul 2014. As per agreement he is req to pay me delay panelty @ 5 per sq ft of an area of 1339 SQ FT amounting to Rs 3.81 Lakhs . The builder is denying to pay this amount. What should be done against such fake and fraud builders. Pl advice and help.
