The below issue has not been resolved. Royal consultant & rcsmanagementservice.net both are handeled by same person.they r still cheating lots of candidate. Plz go thrugh the issue. I want to file a complaint against these fraud agency.
Plz help.

I have recentely got a call from this number from mr anil from (Royal consultancy) (Contact no -08655155651 & 08655155451) advising me that there is job offer in dubai duty free (Designation – retail sales associate ). Salary 4600 dhirams. There was telephonic interview done from a lady and advised me to come and pay medical fees of rs 5000.I belong to karnataka travelled to mumbai godubandar and met this guy called anil. He was a sardar collected the amount and asked me to go to m.M. Medical center & diagnostics situated in borivali – address, ankur, nr. Mary imm school, lm rd, borivalli(West) mumbai-400103, tel no-28928281/28934063.After i completed my medical went back to town. Later this guy sent me a mail advising to pay flight tickets … I refused and asked him to give me the original letter. He kept postponing the dates and was advising that will scan and mail .
I lost hope and confidence on this sardar and sent an email to dubai duty free requesting to confirm the offer. I recived a mail saying that they are not dealing with this consultancy at all. I got to know it was a fake consulatancy. I asked this sardar to pay the money back but refuses… .
I also got to know the telephonic interview was taken by his sister who speaks american.

There are many who got cheated from this Person – His original Name is Mr Raj Royal and Shalini Roy.
GUYS PLZ BE CAREFULL WITH THE NEW WEBSITE -RCSMANAGEMENTSERVICES.NET WHICH IS HANDELED BY THE SAME PERSON( Mr RAJ ROY AND SHALINI ROY. MANY PEOPLE HAVE PAID MONEY AND BUT NEVER GOT BACK THEIR AMOUNT.
(1) 09901157959- Candidate was offered fake job and collected Rs 6000 but never returned.
(2)08867565224 – Chetan- paid more then 16,000 filed a complaint no action was taken by police, never got his money back.
(3) 09158596178 From Goa, Mr Raj Roy had collected Rs 41,000 from the candidate offerD fake jobs and GAVE fake offer letters. HE TRIED CONTACTING BACK NEVER PICKs THE PHONE.,
(4) He returned only half of the money back to me collected Rs 6000 still need to pay.
(5) Kamesh -Gujarat , -08460674578, Collected 16,000 from Kamesh Gujarat but never got the amount back
Sir i got all these information because i had filed a complaint through business india earlier & also has mentioned my contact no… i keep getting calls saying that the agency is fraud & has got fake offer letter.I can also send the scanned copy of the offer letter given by the consultancy and the Cash recepit of huge amount deposited to Shalini Roys account.
There are many more who are searching for this Guy but he never picks the phone.
Someone please ban rcsmanagementservices.net as they are continously cheating people of different locations.
If someone belive me call these canididate numbers above and check the feedback of never getting their amount returned
This person named Divyaraj Rao is running a fraud agency from his house with his father & sister , He has cheated many people & police is going to arrest him soon. He was previously arrested for child molestation . His father was also beaten up many times in his village & his name is prabhakar rao, there add is 2/79 G, Padmashree house, Subramanya nagar, santhakatte post, udupi, near Janardhan temple. His A/c of SBI is 20074110383. He is taking money in the name of Royal Consultancy & in the pretext of getting money back from them . Royal Consultancy refunded 10,000 to me & now divyaraj is asking 5000 from me. He had said he will get my money back but I contacted Royal consultancy thru mail & they refunded the money to me in 15 days . Plz guys beware of this guy if anyone want there money back I think they should send mail to royal consultancy directly.
Plz guys just read these fool divyaraj ‘s comments in the first comment he is saying he paid 5000 to Royal consultancy & they returnd 3,500 & now he is saying that he had pais 6000 this only shows what a lair he is. I am sorry for all the comments that i made against Royal consultancy & RCS , they are different & I have got my money back & everything is settled. there was a misunderstanding & everyone has got there money back & candidates called me frm dubai also & said they went thru them for job. I am again sorry & shalini ji is like my sister & I have mentioned that in my other comments also some people forced me to write all this but this time I am writing the truth. Plz forgive me evryone & I am glad everyone got there money back.
