I have booked for an online delivery of flower bouquet worth an amount 1349/- from Rose n cake on 04/12/2015 . On the same date the company have cancelled my order but till date the amount is not refunded in my account. Nor the company is refunding my money neither they are reply my mail. Seek your intervention in the matter. Please help me to get my money back.
