I have made payment for freedom 251 phone by paytm wallet. An amount of rs. 291 was deducted but the gateway showed service unavailable. I didn’t receive any confirmation mail regarding the purchase. I messaged and mailed the company through gmail, fb, twitter but there is no reply.
