like doctors one completely sumits oneselt to hairdressers thinking they are the experts and they know exactly what is the best procedure for the hair…i went for smoothening treatment to even out the frizz an manage my unruly hair but never did i imagine i would have to trade density and natural look of my hair just for smoothness…what he did was rebonding! i am so distressed with the final outcome and i feel like i lost out on good volume and my hair looks like the ghost from grudge…thumbs down to this one
