Fake Call asking for ATM card Details Complaints & Reviews

Stringent action needs to be taken against such People, who firstly call you and say they are calling from your bank, that your card is blocked, and then ask for your details to unblock it.
When i got an idea that this might be a fraud card i said to him, i will give your number to police, and i hung up. The person called second time and started abusing me in Hindi with some very bad language. I hung up again giving it back to him. and he is again trying to call me for a 3rd time !
Strong action needs to be taken against such people.
