Retailbunny – Not receving the product

I have ordered Micromax canvas 2 AQ110 mobile on 03.04.2014 from this www.retailbunny.com website, its already been 24 days and they have not even dispatched the product. They don’t even send mail that they have received money or not. I called them every day and they gave me same answer that ” Give me your order no and yes your order will be dispatched today”. If I call them morning they will say today evening will dispatch, if If I call evening they say next day morning will dispatch. I have send mail to their mail id, the reply was we will dispatch but there is no proper time and answer. If I cancel the product again they will take one month time to refund my money back, but that also not sure whether they will refund my money or not. Please help me get my product from them. I have here with attached my order details. I am totally frustrated because of this company. Please help me to get this product very soon. I hope that you will do really a need full things very soon.
