Retailbunny.com/Micromaxcanwas turbo A250 – Product not received

I place a order for a mobile micromax canwas turbo A250 on 23 apr 2014 at a
price of Rs 13797/- and my order no was 1032. When I placed my order I
have been told that I will get my product in 7 working days but till
now I didn’t get my product and also not get any call or intimation
on which day; I will get my product. I have file a complain in consumer court sector-19B; chandigarh. Case no was 520/2015. But helpless due to company leftover. Then what for consumer court. What is the power of this court that one company cheating freely in my country.
