retailbunny.com – Refund

I ordered also from retailbunny.com but they didnt dispatch the order for 4 days so I cancelled it. Now it has been fifteen days since they haven’t credited the amount in my account so I am thinking of going to their office at B22, Somdutt Chamber-I, Bikaji Cama Place, New Delhi tomorrow for settlement or getting something of value greater than my order amount so as to motivate them to refund my amount. I have also registered a complaint on national redressal forum. Could someone tell me where can I report this website as a fraud/cheat and how to make a police complaint. collectively we can file a case against the company and get our refund as well as a compensation amount for the delay.
