I got cheated / Fraud by Resume2naukri for providing the jobs in MNC as well as in big market giant companies, where I have made an online payment of Rs 8K through my credit card for JOB against their service. Now they are not providing me any JOB and whenever I use to call those executive they ask to make payment against additional service and force to make the payment otherwise my service will not get activate. Even I have demand for refund of my money for which they clearly says no. In market there are lots of such companies who make money by fraud and cutting from our pocket. We Indians are normal & Emotional people who get easily convinces by them and get cheated by such burglar. If we want to make a FIR or complain against such fraud we don’t get any support from our local police our jurisdiction system is totally different i.e. Instead of asking question to the criminal and registering the FIR police by cross ask the question first to us. To change such system we have to wake by using the strong weapon of social media.
Pl Support Pl Vote Pl Help Pl raise a voice Pl sends to more users and spread it in all social media & to NOGS. Purpose this message is that we have to fight for strong Law & to stop such type of frauds by these companies.
Pl note don’t make fun be serious one day you will be a part of such fraud.
This is regarding our communication for job with resume2naukri
1) 1st call which I have received as on 05th April-14 from SACHI – Customer Executive for Job service , Then there was continue calls as on 12th , 16th , 17th to get me convince for the service . During my communication with SACHI I had clearly explain the situation and condition of not take service I also given examples of naukri & shine where I had been cheated by them for getting me a job and I had made money to both the respective organisation for their services. But I have not got any job from these service providers and I had been cheated by paying money to these service providers. During all this communication SACHI given me surety that there will be no additional charges above then Rs 1600/- and I don’t have to make a payment above then said amount.
2) Today i.e. on 18th finally very smartly SACHI convince me to make the payment with all surety that I don’t have to make any further payment or any additional charges other than Rs 1600/-. After making payment of Rs 1797/- (Rs 1600/- + service tax Rs 197) against registration fee she transferred the call to Mr. Virat another service executive where he said me to go on back on their web site resume2naukri.com and get select career flash where I thought that this might be part or process of registration and then he said me to scroll down where I saw that I have to make a payment of Rs 4216/- to get one more service. Here Mr Virat has played a trump card after having argument with him for not to make further payment he said me that my service will not get activate and I am loosing the opportunity of getting big and confirm job offers from companies of which they are having offers in hand. These peoples have taken an undue advantages of my emotion and my situation by this way they ( Mr. Satish + Mr. Virat + SACHI ) forced me to make a payment of Rs. 7817/- .
3) After making these payments still further they forced me to make a payment of one more service here I got a strike that I have been get cheated and I demanded to refund back my full amount for which they denied and strictly said that I will not get my payments back and my services will also not get activated.
4) After having all this communication I saw in the web site resume2naukri for bulk service which is a package kit of 4 to 5 service (package Amount Rs 6746 after having 15% discount) for that when I asked for the explanation the answer I got that these services are for fresher and not for experience where there is an option to get the service for above 10 years of experience for which they are not having any answer.
5) From 18th to 23rd I was in touch with these team for activation of service or refund of my money every time they connect with new executive to purchase service and force to make the payment otherwise my service will not get activate now I was sure that I have been got cheated and fraud by these people. These days there was no one at my home on 29th April-2014 these people make and force me to get suicide because I am struggling from last one years to get the job which I didn’t and these people shown me the light to get the job my whole story and situation they are aware and after that also they fraud me because of this I decided to suicide and I had send the pic of my planning to get suicide. On 29th April -14 I sent a communication on the mail ids of resume2naukri of committing suicide immediately I received a call from resume2naukri i.e. Mr. Rajesh in beginning of communication he starter with threaten that we will complain to CBI but I oppose strongly and made him clear that if not get my money back then I don’t know what I will do with me really resume2naukri and these people has created a worst situation for me still I am struggling to get the JOB or refund of Money ( Rs8000/-) which will help me to run the house or to make the payment of my son school fee for me situation is really worst.
Now finally I have decided to bring and get notice in social media to fight against the fraud so that we can teach a lesson to such organisation because its happen only in india where cheat fund like sharda and other as well as like resume2naukri plays the emotions of we Indian people. Pl raises the voice.
6) Purpose of this draft is that I have been hidden for all this service payments and I have been cheated by these peoples. If I not get my payment back then I seriously don’t know what I will do because I am already upset with my current situations for not having job from last 1year for which you have shown me dream to get job. I am serious if I not get job then I will harm to myself or make a commit to suicide for any think happen to me then these peoples and resume2naukri is responsible for the same.
