Dear Sir, I wish to inform you that i had done a transaction of Rs. 99.00 through Jio money wallet to activate my Jio prime member. The transaction was done on 18.03.2017 but till date neither my jio prime has been activated nor i get my money back in jio money wallet. My jio mobile no. Is 8709185663, whereas my alternate mobile no. Is 9491041094. I have done my transaction through jio money wallet where as the transaction also completed successfully. Regarding this issues i had given a several call to Jio money customer care but they are not responding properly and unable to short out the problem (my complain no. Or service request ID is SR000007EDMK). Now they are calling that the amount was refunded to your wallet, but still i had not received my money back. After getting irresponsible behaviour from them i had activated my jio prime through their local agent near by my area due to their bondation of eligibility for prime member. Now, i am waiting for my money back but from last 19 days they are only misguiding me. Sometimes they people says that it was already refunded to your wallet. And sometimes they asking for time to short out the problem. But, since 19 days they unable to give proper solution. Kindly take necessary action against their fraud.
