today I have received one SMS showing ” you have been successfully subscribed to …………scheme for 6 days . and if u want to unsubscribe please send SMS Unsub …… to …………….(toll free ).
This belongs to Mobil no.9331030983.
This type of practice is adopted and I am being charged for petty amounts.A similar complaint was submitted on 16/03/2017 and resolved next day.
Why the co.subscribed to undesired and unwanted schemes at their own and rectified only on complaints made by selected customers to them.
All the time I also can not go for making complaints for pretty amounts which costs more in time consumption. I find my balance comes down to 0.62p for my prepaid mobile.which is not correct.
As such this is to take care in future also after getting my account set right.
