Rediff Shopping – order no 9695967 – Negligence from vendor side in shipment and delivery of product

I ordered a PROTONER HOME GYM WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE, 20 KGS, 3 RODS, GLOVES, ROPE (order no 9695967) on Rediff shopping ( www.shopping.rediff.com ) on 19/05/2014. I made a payment of Rs. 1549 for the order by my debit card. The online shopping website assured me that my product will reach to me in 7 working days.
on the website it was mentioned that it was handed over to the courier on 22/05/2014. However the tracking waybill number 50276508472 on the courier website Bluedart (www.bluedart.com) shows an invalid waybill number. So I was not able to track my order as to where it has exactly arrived.
Now more than 15 working days days have gone and inspite of repeated requests made to the rediff customer care, I have not received my product. Kindly look into the matter and if they can not send it they should give my money back.
