I placed an order of Two Mini Swing Machines with Rediff.com on 27-01-2016, the order ref No: 13033514 and paid an amount of Rs. 1,647.00 through net banking, transaction No: 42733145/EBBR4257270284/BILLDESK, from my Bank of Baroda A/c. No: 09090100012986. On the same day I tracked my order in their site and found the acknowledgement of the payment and despatch status as ‘awaiting despatch’. Again on tracking of the order on 30-01-2016 I found that the order was declined. On lodging a complaint with Rediff.com I was informed that the order was declined as my banker has declined the transaction. Till now, as per ‘Rediff Shopping – Customer Delight Center’ the delivery status shows blank and as per the bank’s statement the amount has not been returned or credited in my A/c from where it was sent.
I feel myself as being squeezed by Rediff.com / Billdesk / Bank of Baroda. Please help.
